Booked this hotel just for the hot tube but the rooms were also top tier its a full suite roomie nice kitchenette will book again
Quick weekend family trip to JAX was pleasant and big part was due to the hotel. Nice and clean hotel next to good food options(V pizza, ice cream parlor, and a tex-mex restaurant). From front desk to the rooms and all the service provided was great. Room was clean and love the self parking garage(No hot car). Lilian at the front desk is superb. I am now a lover a licorice ;). My daughter loved the pool, but the only con I can think of was the breakfast. The food was not bad, but it wasn't the best. Not like other homewood suites we've stayed at. Overall, great time and would not hesitate to book again.
Beautiful place to stay. You do have to pay $20 for parking. Will definitely stay again. Very clean and the beds we comfortable. Rooms were very clean and big.
The rooms are very clean and the service is awesome. I accidentally left my drivers license at the front desk and Marc was kind enough to keep it with him until I came back to the lobby - appreciate that! Definitely would come back.

The location to our event was perfect! All of the front desk staff was so beautiful. There is a delightful, sweet seasoned black woman at the desk, named Ms. Darlene, and she worked her heart out for us. We needed extra supplies and she came upstairs for us, before we could make it downstairs to get what we needed. And that was her 2nd shift. She ended up having to work a double shift. She excelled beyond our expectations. Ms. Lily, Artesha and Isabella, all exceeded our expectations. We would always grab a couple of mints out the door and they'd say, it's our pleasure to do this for Ya'll. Always handled everything professionally, with us as well as the other guests we seen arrive. The gentlemen who worked with the breakfast and coffee they were Top Tier! The maintenance and security were so nice. Everyone from start to finish was pleasant. The house attendants, were very cordial with changing out our bath accessories as needed. This was our 1st time staying at Homewood, yet it definitely will not be the last.
Rooms needed cleaning when we checked in. Things under yhe bed and hair in yhe bathroom. Other than that the hotel was pretty cool, staff was friendly, and the location was near some good restaurants.
